    He sure is getting hit around. Eight hits in 4 innings. Oh well. Texas scored 2 more in the 4th to take a 4-2 lead. Blalock is now 2 for 2 with 2 runs scored and Mench is 1 for 1 with 3 RBI.

    Unbelievable! Only 2 BS's all year and now this.

    The Rangers heart of the order, Teixeira-Blalock-Mench, went a combined 8 for 10 with 2 doubles, 4 runs scored and 5 RBI. The bottom of the order was a combined 0 for 12.

    The Rangers now with an even .500 record and 1.5 game behind the A's and Angels who are tied for first.

    Yeah, I saw that. You can't really blame him completely for the double play though. He would have ripped the ball up the middle if the pitcher hadn't been lucky enough to grab it he would have had probably a 2-run single to centerfield. And what's wrong with DeRo? The guy can't do anything anymore, 4 for his last 41.
