as much as i want tampa to win this... it would be apropos if farnsworth completely blows up all of the tampa hopes and dreams as he did for us for so many years.

    Now pitching Kyle Farnsworth.

    Posada down swinging.
    Martin flies out to center.
    Gardner flies out to left.

    Rays win! Rays win!!!

Rodriguez did a great job for Kotchman, no word yet as to his status.

That triple play geared the guys up, way to come through to save the game for Helly, though he might have put a damper on his ROY bid.

    Tonight’s Match-ups

At the moment I can’t find any confirmation on who the Yankees will send to the hill tonight.

David Price was pitching well in Boston a week ago Sunday when he was hit in chest by a line drive and removed from the game an innings later as precaution. Tests showed just a bruise and he made his regular stat against the Jays last Friday. He made two costly throwing errors that lead to a 5-1 loss. He hasn’t been dominant at the Trop this season, but it falls to him to keep the Rays in the bid for a post season berth.

**** According to a report on MLB.com Casey Kotchman's test came back negative and he was released from the hospital last night.

Hopefully, I can get home from work in time to watch an inning or two live, but I will be listening on the radio. Boss called and cleared us to wear Rays shirts to work.....COOL!

i was too, until teixeira hit a grand slam. now im hoping dellin betances throws a no hitter in his first career start... even though he has 35 pitches through 1.1 already.

ok thats done... let him finish out the 2nd, then let tampa blow up the blogan, hughes, ayala, valdes, laffey extravaganza.

I was actually wondering if they were going to call Cano's Dad to come pitch...

What a nightmare!!! Not even a good showing!!!! Price blows up, no offense......rain delay in Baltimore....I will be mad if they call that game as it's only a one run dfference..........Shields is warming........what the (SWEAR WORD)?????
