Bull Pen Juggling Rays @ Streak Snapping Mariners

    Probables

    Niemann VS Bedard

    Cobb VS Pineda

    Price VS Vargas

The Rays just lost a tough series to the A’s managing to only win 1 out of 4, the Mariners had been on a 17 game losing streak before finally beating the Yankees on Wed.

The trade rumors are still swirling around both teams especially the Rays, who made a minor trade with sending Felipe Lopez to the Brewers for cash. The Mariners sent Ryan Langerhans to the DBacks for cash. They also DFA’d Jack Cust to make room for Bedard coming off the DL.

    Tonight’s match ups

Jeff Niemann has allowed just four earned runs in his last four outings (27 1/3 innings) since returning from the disabled list. He is 4-4 with a 3.86 ERA.

Erik Bedard is 4-6 with a 3.00 ERA. He returns off the DL tonight, he missed 4 starts with a sprained left knee.
