After yelling, throwing things and screaming their heads off in the 8th the Rays go quietly in the 9th.Can't wait to hear the post game interviews.

McClellan started the season hot going 5-0, but is 1-4 in his last 7 starts.
Niemann making just his third start since coming off the DL was pulled early in his last start against Houston, going just 3 innings while giving up 5 runs.

Holliday has been under the weather so he was at DH in last night’s game.

Damon was an 0fer so he sits tied with Williams on the hit list.

As I mentioned tonight is the “Throw Back “ night. St. Louis sporting road gray jerseys from 1953. The Rays are going with “altered” Tampa Smokers (Florida International League) home uniforms from 1951.

Heading down soon for the game. Hopefully the Rays keep their cool and gets some runs.

Rays actually scored some runs, in one offensive inning. A bases clearing double for Kotch and a 2 run homer for Ruggiano in the 6th. Rays take second game 5-1.
