Unreal! Longo doubled off second to end the inning.

Shields walks first 2 of the inning... If Stubbs gets on...

    Fred Lewis doubled!!!

Reds now have 2 clutch hits in this game! Maybe they are turning it around at the halfway mark of the season.

BJ upton homered. Lewis' RBI more clutch.

    Coco, nails down the save!

    Reds win 4-3!

Player of the game without question was Ryan Hannigan. 3-Run homer and a great control of Volquez today.

So, the answer to my query is....YES!

I only got to listen to part of it on the radio at work, will watch the replay a bit later. Seems Shields got into a pickle early then settled but once again the offense fails at home.

Pretty much the Reds got the 2 2-out hits they needed. Something they hadn't done all year.

sounded like Volquez was keeping the hitters in check pretty well, the only hit by the back of the order was the homer from BJ, everybody else was big fat zippidy doodah.
