    Tonight’s match-ups…

Price has had three good starts in a row, he has allowed just 4 runs in 22 innings. Guthrie is coming off his worst start of the season against Toronto. He is 2-8, but hasn’t gotten a lot of run support.

Matt Joyce is expected back in the line up tonight. Elliot Johnson could also be activated as soon as today.

Re: PJamming Rays @ Leeless Orioles 6/10-6/12

Both teams fought hard for that one last night, but the Rays outlasted the O's for a 7-5 victory in 11th. Price didn’t have his best stuff and Guthrie wasn’t much better, neither got a decision. Zobrist had 4 extra base hits, scored four runs, Longoria drove in three. Kotchman 4-6 and drove in 2. Reynolds hit 2 homers with 3 RBI's, Weiters went 3-4 with a run scored. Jones and Snyder got the other 2 RBI's for Baltimore.

Ruggiano made a spectacular catch to save JP Howell, Cruz got the win and Farnsworth another save in extra innings.

    Today’s match ups…

Wade Davis has lost his last three decisions and hasn’t won a game since May 8th, against the Orioles. He has pitched well in Camden Yards and is pitching on extra rest due to the tweaking of the rotation.

Brian Matusz missed the first 2 months of the season with injury, this will be his 3rd start.
In his one win he gave up 2 runs on 7 hits.

Johnny Damon is tied with Al Kaline and Bill Buckner for 54th all-time after scoring the 498 double of his career last night. He needs two more doubles to become the 11th player all-time with 500 doubles, 100 triples, 200 home runs and 2,500 hits. Damon’s reaching base streak is still alive at 36 games.

    E. Johnson was activated and Felipe Lopez was DFA'd.
