White Sox @ Johnny Damon’s Rays (thx KOZ) 4/18-4/21

    Probables

    Jackson VS Price
    Danks VS Shields
    Humber VS Davis
    Floyd VS Niemann

The tables turned for these two clubs since the first meeting up in Chicago, the Rays have surged and the Chisox have fallen, but for some reason the Rays have always struggled against them (with the exception of the play-offs in 2008). The last time Jackson pitched at the Trop he was a DBack and pitched a sloppy no-hitter.

Damon is day to day with a bruised and sore hand from a bunt attempt yesterday, he is expected to be held out of tonight’s game, possibly a couple days. I may go tomorrow night, I will try to listen for the dun ,dun, nun ,nun, whooooo song for BF.

Fuld has another four hit game. Price pitches a 4 hitter. Felipe Lopez.. the clean up man? Wow. Okay, but he had 3 hits. Ozzie Guillen must be wanting to kill someone right now.

Interesting that Fuld was playing CF yesterday because I honestly don't think that Upton would have made the one-handed diving catch that Fuld made. Not being Upton doesn't have the skills to do so, clearly he does, but because BJ most likely would have played it on a one-hopper and not dove.

Fuld has been a beast so far. I'm glad I picked him up early when I heard he was starting

I thought the same thing, though I have seen BJ make a few of those diving catches he doesn't do it nearly as often when it looks like it could be a possible play. They did show him in the dugout though giving Sam a fist pump.

Had a great time at the game. I love going early and taking in batting practice, you get a chance to talk to people from all over. Zobrist had a good game and Big Game James is looking like his old self, a complete game.

The Rays are on fire!! Glad to see them getting over the slow start and all without Longoria.

With exception of yesterday a stellar week, seems it was a domino effect with Niemann not on his game and rubbing off on the defense. Floyd pitched well. Didn't seem to stop Sammy.

I don't know, I really don't think this slide will last, CC will figure out the Monster. Though unlike many of the "anal-lysts" I think the AL East will be tighter than predicted, wouldn't surprise me if most stay around the .500-.600 mark (similar to what most despise" with the NL Central) until a break out near the end.
