    Orioles @ Rays 9/27-9/29

    Probables

    Matusz VS Davis

    Bergeson VS Price

    Millwood VS Niemann

Orioles have vastly improved under Showalter even on the road winning their last two road trips. The Rays just took 2 of 3 from the Mariners. With the Red Sox lost last night they need just one win to clinch, so it’s just a matter of when.

At the moment it doesn't look like it will happen tonight, Rays are down 4-0 in the 8th and the RSawx are up over the Chisox 4-0 in the 5th.

And with Price pitching it looks pretty promising.

Just got home, was going to wait until tomorrow to post but screw it I am too wired to sleep now……..awesome game.

Was a little worried at first pitch, crowd was a little thin, thought the Longo/Price flap might have repercussions, but by the middle of the 2nd inning it had filled in nicely. It might have just been the rain storm that made people late.

I only saw a handful of signs, one said

    Owners… … Billionaires
    Players…. .… Millionaires
    Rays Fans……Broke

Once the crowd got heavier and louder, it did seem to lift everyone. Very glad to have been able to be there, even got some champagne sprayed our way and high fives from Longo and Niemann. Joe and David apologized during the after game celebration speeches.

    Price and Jaso warming up.

Looks like the mascot Raymond is looking into the crowd and thinking where the hell are all the fans.

It's not a save situation but what the hell we want our closer in anyway so he can "untuck".

Sean Rodriguez, James Shields and I believe that is Andy Sonnanstine behind them. As they all got closer they were spraying, waving and high fiving so no photo documentation.

Raymond knows to keep his mouth shut.

Well, with all the calling out and moaning the Rays actually lost this series.
