Longoria's Big Day
Evan Longoria hit two solo shots on the first two postseason pitches he ever saw and had a RBI single to lead the Rays to a 6-4 win over the ChiSox. He was absolutely locked in which goes to show experience isn't everything. James Shields gave up three runs in six and a third. Carlos Pena left after two innings with blurred vision. Rays need Pena. The Rays win their first ever postseason game and leave it to Kazmir to help them go up 2-0.

Re: Longoria's Big Day
Great game for the Rays, nice to see them play some meaningful ball after their time in the majors.
On the other hand, is it just me, or did the atmosphere stink there? I mean play-off ball is exciting, and it was nice to see the seats with bums in them, but I kinda felt a little empty in it all.
Though they made some noise for Balfour, and his run in with the Chicago batters in the 8th.
