Rays After Nady

Outfielder Xavier Nady and reliever Damaso Marte continue to draw the most interest and, for that reason, they remain most likely to go. But neither will be given away. Two prospects will be sought for each. Nady's prime suitors remain the Tampa Bay Rays -- who might be the favorite because of their wealth of prospects -- and the New York Mets, New York Yankees and Atlanta Braves. Marte's suitors are a dozen deep.

If the Rays do gt Nady, watch the **** out!! The Rays can afford to get a guy like Nady who is hitting .323 with 56 RBI. He plays RF which they need and can even play first base a little. This would be a perfect fit for the Rays and hope they pull it off.

As a Sox fan, I'd get real concerned if the Rays got a bunch of bullpen help. There lineup is pretty good as is, but if they get bullpen help, i'll be addicted to the rearview mirror
