Devil Rays purchased the contract of RHP Chad Harville from Triple-A Durham.
Better if they had brought back Jason Childers. Harville was awful during spring training, and although he had a 3.00 ERA in Triple-A, his K/BB ratio was just 9/8 in 15 innings. He'll likely struggle, but since these are the Rays, a good week or two would make him a candidate to close

I know why people don't like him, but he seemed pretty decent with the Sox (if I remember Harville right) and he doesn't seem like a half bad pitcher.
