    If I cut Suarez now, How long am I on the hook for his salary? ($8,000,000 though 2035)

    when i figure out which team you are, gimme him and your top spect, and youre good.

    unless youre oakland, forget about it then. but if youre milwaukee, ill take palazzo to clear you of the contract.


    oh youre kc... well than all i can do is laugh, because you wont trade anyone good to take him off your books im sure.

    except the whole point of buying out a contract is to pay a lump sum smaller than the total amount still owed or defer payments beyond the extent of the contract. Obviously, neither resolution applies to OOTP.

    Yes, if you were reaching a settlement. Here, as in MLB, contracts are guaranteed.
