Thread: Switch rating system from 1-10 to 1-100?

Switch rating system from 1-10 to 1-100?

I kind of think the league should switch their rating system from 1-10 to 1-100 simply because of the gray area between a number that we really have no idea about.. It can make a pretty big difference in a player from being 71 to 79 for instance.
Also, if there isn't a cap at 100 on the ratings at 10, can be anything from above 90 to... well... anything.
    opinions?

Nice, you really showed him who was boss!

Anyway, I think this is a good idea because if someone has a 9 in stuff its not as specific as it can be. Is it a 90 or a 97? I think the only thing it does is its able to provide more information to the GM's which I don't think is ever a bad thing.

Tradition is superior to GMs being helped.

It is simply a cosmetic thing.. instead of seeing 1 number you will see 2. I guess that could be an adjustment..

Why change now??? We set it up this way from the beginning...

Would I mind joining a league that started off on the 100 scale?? Nope... but I like this league the way it is right now

I much prefer 1-100. It's the way that my league is set, so it is a little hard to switch my frame of thinking through both leagues, but in the end it's not that big of a deal

Hey could you imagine how long the bosi stuff will be instead of just listing jumps from 1-2 now it would do it for anything.

    Doesnt matter to me.

While we're at it, let's abolish DH's, add two new franchises, and have the players wear dresses. Boo ya!

And cause we have Canadians in the sim, we'll make the new franchises based in Canada.

    BRILLIANT.
