If Raymond Wall was your prospect...

He's 6-7-9 right now, with 10-10-10 talent, and he just hit the 26 year old wall.

Should I call him up? I know that hypothetically, if I leave him in AAA he can still gain talent. Any suggestions?

Still not planning on trading him.

Reminds me of what I did with Jesse Merrill... I actually brought him up cause my team is horrible, and he's starting to grow into a good player...

If you got the room though I'd keep him down 1 maybe 2 more years than promote him and see if he sinks or swims

If I am playing for division titles= AAA. If I was playing for a higher pick= MLB. Force feed him IMO!

Because I don't buy into leaving player X in whatever level of the minors actually matters, I'd call him up and let him go at it. Plus, even with his ratings now, he's already considered a good pitcher on this league

If you are in competition then bring him up and bury him in the pen, if you aren't then play him. But I agree with Zito, I've seen players develop and unravel in both MLB and AAA.

I've had it work both ways.... had it pay off with Cooney... had it suck with a couple in the past... it's a crap shoot

It is a crap shoot. That's about all it is. I think sometimes, people give too much credit to 6.5 for being some super AI but it's all random. Everyone one of us pretty much, could list examples of players like Wall that we called up that DID develop, and examples that never did.

Overlock has worked out so far. Id play Wall. Sandoval is another guy that im trying to "force" his development.
