Hey join Molina's League

Cross Promotion in your face. We're just a few teams from being complete. The competition is starting to get...competitive? especially in the American League. There is a new season around the corner ! Some free agents are still available and we are currently drafting historic players to every roster!!!1111!!!

Seriously though...you guys should join. the Sims are consistent yet have plenty of window for you to goof off on rosters for awhile. Lots of downtime. No pressure. Do it.

This league has been going on for 30+ years (not irl) and there is no end in sight. Molina has resurrected it as every site we've moved from was buried alive in a casket match.

Can't really go anywhere from casket match, so I'll just end this.

I see you Skip teams that aren't filled in your draft that's already started, what are the incentives of joining at this time?

Even if you are joining late you still get a nice prospect at the end of the round.

You might get nice prospect but if i join. the teams already better then me are getting better prospects then me. Seems like lose lose. So i would have worst team with worst prospects.

That's what my thought process was. I really would love to join a second league, I'm looked this league over a couple times and have thought of joining. The draft is one thing that I just haven't understood. I think it's great for long term members, but the gap between the haves and have nots are so great that I almost feel it makes it no fun. S3SL is a league where you can take a team that was pretty crap and make them competitive in a few years... If there is a team in Molinas sim league that hasn't been touched in a few years it would take a decade to make them competitive.

I do like the older players, I feel it's an air of intreague a "rewrite history" of sorts. I just don't know how the balance exists to make things fun...

I had the same feeling when I joined and San Diego would have had the 1st overall and I ended up picking near the bottom instead.

But the way I see it is it's Molina's league and Molina's rules. I'm just in it to have fun.

You get jobbed in the draft when you join but once you take over you can start building.

You also have the option to trade picks in the other two leagues. Free Agency classes are traditionally better as well.

All things that make it interesting..... However, if you have nothing to trade..... I still will more than likely join. I just want a team with s fighting chance and not one that's been left for dead for years lol

I've only been in the league for 3 seasons and I feel like my team was pretty terrible except for a couple of guys and there was zero depth of anything. I think my team's a lot better despite a shit ton of bad breaks in such a short span of time, so it's possible. Just being active and working with a team, you'll make it better. It may take time, and effort, but very possible.

The drafts are good, the free agency class is nice usually and most likely you'll have money to spend.
