Slyder, you easily lead the league with 20 CG's. CG's are definitely up, but then you have a team like I have who leads the league in pitching but has a few lower endurance starters with only 3 CG's to date. The AL on the whole has more CG's than the NL does, surprisingly, averaging an additional game plus over the NL in CG's per team. With the DH, whudda thunk it?

Full on DH so we can catch them in CGs! Let's do it!....

I dropped two people off my pen, put one in the rotation and demoted the other. Yokley only has 2.2 innings. My closer has 18, a very painful 18 despite only one blown save. It slays me, Olsen is averaging 8.2 innings per.

    Re: 2029 Random Mumblings

33-23 - 1.5 game lead in the East

    Batting AVG: .270 (14th)
    Homeruns: 81 (5th)
    Walks: 197 (15th)
    Stolen Bases: 88 (10th)
    Runs Scored: 314 (8th)

    Pitching ERA: 4.46 (12th)
    Opponents AVG: .273 (21st)
    HRs Allowed: 50 (T-7th)
    Walks Allowed: 150 (4th)
    Runs Allowed: 272 (12th)

Offense and Pitching both slightly improving, but moreso pitching after a horrible start to the season....

Mooreman is still the power machine that is surprisingly leading this offense. The 6 contact wonder on pace for 50+ HR again... Also surprising is that the 2 most talented players on offense are still sputtering. Bermejo and Haman are not playing to their talent levels.... And the biggest surprise is rookie OF William Cooney, who has not finished filling out his ratings to his talent, but that is not stopping him from batting .337 so far...

The bullpen, for not getting a lot of use, is not performing well beyond Telles. I would mention Alvarez and his sub 2 ERA but the game has not put him in an actual game in about a month... I may decide to bring up a rookie and demote a couple others and go with a smaller bullpen, since they're not being used much anyway

The rotation is improving all around... Crespo continues to lower his ERA along with gaining a talent boost at age 31... Eckard pitched 9.1 innings as a 6 END SP , but needs to improve that ERA a bit towards where he has been for the past 2 years... Hadsell and Aranda are seeming to hold their own...

For a club that is trying to rebuild things are not going to bad. Still need to move some players though.

God I hate the sim 'random' talent changes to my top specs...

Most current guy to drop with new talents:
James Augistin (5th overall pick) 6-4-7-10-5 talent now -- was drafted at like 8-6-10-10-6 ....one of those 'season ending injury' guys who loses his talent the following season. Venting.

Why didn't you sign him up for that thread mission has? Or is that career ender only?

The Beast is turning into the Mustache, Solomon is on drugs, and my team BA is .270 even though all eight of my starters are hitting .280 plus. Screw you, bench guys! Do I need Kevin Garnett to get in your ugly mugs and make you cry?

I need 2 starters that can actually pitch. Other than that. I'm only 2.5 back. Joy.

    Re: 2029 Random Mumblings

Carlo Rodriguez retired this past sim. This makes me really sad inside, I was hoping Milwaukee would let him walk and I could bring him back for a farewell tour. You were a good man, Carlo, the first pitcher I ever had that cracked the Florida barrier. Godspeed.
