    Sincerely,

Should have let him walk as a FA so he could retire a Twin....

Anyways a month in and Mission wasnt kidding about starting pitchers going longer into games. 12 CGs so far already (I havent gotten that many since Degroat and Avila were getting a crap ton in the 10s). Who needs a bullpen? Only two guys have more than 2 IP so far. Offense has not suffered at all.

    Batting AVG: .292 (3rd)
    Homeruns: 26 (T-21st)
    Walks: 121 (1st)
    Stolen Bases: 43 (T-12th)

    HRs Allowed: 24 (8th)
    Walks Allowed: 51 (1st)

I never said it be his ONLY ring. Just His ring for Minnesota. I dont like seeing studs getting rings with division foes if they spend time with me.

    Legend.

I took a chance on him back when he had lost talent, got him from San Diego.

Talent bump and 16 years later, he retires with a productive career.

    Re: 2029 Random Mumblings

Who needs a pen? Mission wasnt kiddin when he said pitchers were going to go deeper into games. My team has played in 41 games thus far, and the rotation has 20 complete games (almost every other day is a CG from SOMEONE). The pen beyond Omara and Mike McC has a COMBINED 7 appearances and 9 IPs.

The Rotation has a combined 338 IP thus far of 351 innings.

    Batting AVG: .292 (4th)
    Homeruns: 36 (24th)
    Walks: 173 (3rd)
    Stolen Bases: 66 (11th)
    Runs Scored: 260 (3rd)

    Pitching ERA: 3.59 (2nd)
    Opponents AVG: .251 (7th)
    HRs Allowed: 28 (2nd)
    Walks Allowed: 82 (1st)
    Runs Allowed: 161 (2nd)

    Im lovin this new era.

Something about not winning 70 games for 3-4 years in a row does have a lingering effect.
