    But this shouldn't be a surprise. And I'm not necessarily criticizing Dam here. This is how he's always built his team. He has that 3-4 year stretch where he lets the team tank very badly, trades any halfway decent guys he has throughout the year, and then at once brings up all the studs in his minors and has success for 3-4 years.

    He just happens to be in the tanking portion of that plan. But I will say, put a complete lineup in at least! lol :-)
