NL East: Florida (although I think everyone but Washington has been there)

AL West: Anaheim

AL Central: Minnesota, Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland

AL East: Boston, Baltimore

Boston only has two victories, one in 2003 (which was completely auto-simmed) and then one later on by stoned (IIRC.) The other one (or the third one), is simply a duplicate of 2003.

I think one of the years I won, Josh Johnson was in the rotation. He was on his deathbed. God, I loved using Florida's leftovers in victory, even if it routinely costs me good prospects.
