2B, Jimmy Pugliese (from AAA)
3B, Jamie Barboza (from AAA)
Bottom Line:
I wound up finishing tied for 1st place in the NL West. Had I not traded Farina and Uppercut, I believe I would have easily made the post season. I over paid for it, but I have a rotation again. With the possibility of my future ace Matheson being ready by mid-season the pitching will be there.
Orisini might be the early favorite for NL Rookie of the Year. With Orvis taking a talent hit last season, his emergence couldn't have come at a better time. Then with the addition of Barboza and Pugliese, I really have a deep lineup this year.
