I'm glad we have a Kansas City GM.

One that keeps up with his team and resigns four of his best players.

    Ooh, whoops, my bad.

Thanks to KC, free agency is a couple notches above lame. So it's somewhat of a positive that they have no GM.

**** that. It only means Philadelphia or San Diego gets to offer the next $20 million salary.

I ****ed up with my backup files.

    - I did the extensions last night, backed it up.
    - Did the Royals and Mariners later on (I didn't sign everyone, but most.) Did the arbitration cuts. Backed up the file.
    - Progressed to the next season, computer crashed. To be safe I restored using a file... but it was the old one. So I made sure to put the big guys I forgot for Seattle and Kansas City on their teams (clones of Bermejo and Shank) and the other few will be on the next upload. Basically, they kept their players, FA was boosted.... all due to my **** up.

Were my spects Vallejo, Propes, and Greene really dead before the backing up? Those were my top 3 guys, for shit's sake.

I didn't sim at all in between, so unless they died during the offseason (which I only went through once), they died in the playoff month.

Playoff stretch tends to be a deadly time for prospects every now and again. I lost Matt Stone, who looked like a promising leadoff man over that time. Then again, I lose prospects monthly, so *shrug*
