But I am excited about the opportunity to add a 25 year old dominant starting pitcher to the staff. My pitching was a weak point last year. So far this year, its the pen and hitting. My pen has lost some games for me, and my offense has been silent.

The Nationals rebounded nicely after a 7-7 sim to go 10-4 this time to pull within 1 game of the NL East lead. Pitching is currently the best in the league, we rank first in walks on offense, and offense improved from 30th to 21st in runs scored.

Gonzalo Rodriguez is making an early run at the Cy Young award currently 5-1 with a 1.41 ERA in 6 starts, having beaten the Phillies once and the Marlins twice. He was also named pitcher of the month for April.

Pedro Azicri rebounding after a first tough sim to pick up the first 2 wins of his career and has allowed 1 ER in his last 14+ innings.

Huber and Loney rebounding after poor seasons last season.... Pitching is suprisingly good, and my main setup man is about ready to come back from the DL... power is there with Huber, Loney, Nix, and Jude... Ocasio is playing well full time

believe you me, im in agreement. how is it that every year the american league east gets a new upstart team... or in this case an old new upstart team... and they just have a crazy breakout season, as i consistently win around 95 games, and cant crack the playoffs. this is ridiculous.

Rebuilding doesn't mean your team has started over, cause the orioles still have most of what has made them successful over the years.

And combine that with Ocasio, Wiffy Jude, Munoz, plus Carriere is finally in the rotation and Richards is doing great...

In reality, you're just a couple pieces away from being a contender all season, rather than a team breaking it down to rebuild. Toronto dumped Hage and I wouldn't be surprised if Oiumet and Bankston got dumped soon too. It should be between you, New York and Boston again.

I should really take Evert out of the rotation... but I think I'll give him one or two more sims to straighten himself out. He was one of the best pitchers in the NL last season, I am very loyal to my players.
