Cardinals Cincy vs. Cardinals Game 1

You ready? Tomorrow is going to be a huge game with the Reds and the Cardinals. I really want to see the Reds get a win and start trying to get a leg up on the division. But your Cardinals are a hard team to beat. Should be a fun game to watch tomorrow. Oh ya and after we beat up on your team, pleas oh please take out your frustrations on the Astros. Thanks.

    Good luck tomorrow night!

    Quotable
"I wouldn't put any question into what kind of ability we have and what kind of team we have. You go back and look at last year, see how we started last year. Give us a few months and we'll go from there. If we're playing like this two months from now, then we'll have a question." -- Carpenter on the Cardinals' two-game slide

The Reds vs. the Cardinals Game 1! Lets get it started fellas. Looks like a good pitching matchup vs. some good lineups. Should be a battle on both sides.

    Cardinals vs. Harang

Looks like the Reds have not had too many opportunities to get used to Marquis, but their short time against him, they have not done so bad. Top player Casey.

Looks like Harang has given Rolen and Edmonds some problems, and Pujols of course has done well.

    Good matchup!

This game might start slightly late due to a severe thunderstorm in the area, but I don't expect any delay to be extremely long.

There is quite a cell going right now though... as purple is showing up on NWS radar. That is indicative of some damaging wind gusts through straightline winds and/or downdrafts/microbursts.
