I wish Edmonds was still a Padre. At least then he woudln't be in our division. How can the Cardinal for so many years be a Cub now? Jim Edmonds hit 2 solo shots in the game on Friday, scoring the only 2 Cubs runs in the first 9 innings, and tied the game 2-2 to take them to extras. Blanco got the winning hit, but without Edmonds, he never would have had that chance. Edmonds has always been a big game player, but now he's doing it against the team he did so much for this decade. The Cardianls have many more games against the Cubs this season, and Edmonds will probably be a big factor in most of them. Edmonds will try to keep the Cardinals out of the playoffs, lets just hope it doesn't happen.
