    Hey Alfonso.......

Play the outfield or sit and spin biatch. Gawd I'm tired of whiny little biatch athletes. I hope Frank and the Nats stick to their guns.

I think tomorrow I'll tell my boss that I want to be Business Manager and I will refuse to manage the service dept.

Jeff Brantley verbally molested him during the Marlins/Dodgers spring training game today. It was funny though, cause he was losing his voice.

Sorry-ano just wants to go back to the Yankees.

I'll bet you he'll play anywhere for them. What a piece of shit.

soriano is a piece of crap for pulling stunts like this. he is hurting himself, he is hurting the nationals and is just all around being a douchebag.

sure, he may be a nice guy (according to good ol buster), but man is a complete jackass when it comes to baseball.

Back then he looked like he was going to be one of the greatest players of all time.

I disagree. Well then you don't trade for him. Especially when he publicly said he was unwilling to switch positions for the last 2 years now. In this situation I side with Soriano personally. The Nats brought this on themselves.

You're mistaken when you say you're siding with Soriano there. That's the issue of whether or not the Nationals should have traded for a guy who didn't want to play where they wanted to play him (and anyone who analyzes that issue should say "**** no they shouldn't have traded for him.") To side with Soriano on the issue of him refusing to go to the outfield is to say "Soriano is right in that he is refusing to take his designated position."

I happen to think that both things I just said in quotes are right - the Nats never should have traded for him, especially for what they gave up, and Soriano is definitely in the wrong on the issue of not taking the field.

Of course, it looks like all will be rectified, as early reports are that Alfonso will take the field today in left.

This should be comedy at its best. I wonder if this game is televised anywhere? Goddamnit.

    He's being a little beotch.

The Nats shoulda never traded for him knowing he didn't wanna switch positions. It was a dumb trade.

But still,Soriano doesn't help his case in FA after this season with the refusal to move.Yeah,he finally agreed, but that was after they threatened to put him on a list that keeps him from playing and getting payed. But will people want him if he insists to have a clause in his contract where he only plays 2B,or if he insists on only playing 2B after this season?

Its done now and we can move on. Soriano did himself and the Nats some good and no GM will ever get Soriano to play second again.

Don't kid yourself. Some GM who loves his bat might trade for him and let his play 2B.

    Never say Never!!
