I'd loose. I am under 140lbs, so my body can't take much booze, but yet somehow I keep managing to shoove it down the gullit.

Yeah some sort of Jays bet is what I am looking for. Something along the lines of Halladay over/under 18 wins?

    Re: S3F Baseball Bets

Nearing Mid-Way point bet analysis (69-71 Games Played):

    Bcshorts (0-0) vs cjkalt (1-0)
    Casey Kotchman's BA: .275 CJ-Under, Bcshorts-Over Bet: $20
Currently batting .268 and sliding heavily as of late
    Advantage: Slightly to cjkalt

    Vasquez's ERA: 3.90 CJ-Over, Bcshorts-Under Bet: $10
Currently has a 3.42 ERA but can he keep the K/BB ratio near 10? If he does bcshorts wins this bet hands down... a few more walks and this gets close.
Advantage: bcshorts but this could get tight

    Better Record? CJ-Baltimore, Bcshorts-Toronto Bet: $10
Currently: Toronto 38-33 Baltimore: 32-37 but Balt is 7-3 in last 10 compared to 4-6 for Tor and they are without Halladay
Advantage: bcshorts cause they are up 5 games but this is too close to call

    Gallardo's ERA: Over/Under 3.90 CJ-Over Bcshorts-Under Bet: $10
    This one is over... next

Detroit Finish: Over/Under 2nd place CJ-Under, Bcshorts- Over Bet: $10
Currently: Up 4 on MIN, 5 on CHW
Advantage: bcshorts but still a long ways to go... can Jackson stay this good and the offense staying hot keep leading to this many wins?

LAA Finish: Bcshorts-1st in Division CJ- All other positions Bet: $10
Currently: Texas up .5 on LAA
Advantage: TOO CLOSE to call, although the fact 3 teams within 2.5 games does increase my odds

    KoZ (0-0) vs Buckcheeks (0-0)
Toronto Blue Jays Koz: Out of Playoffs Buckcheeks: In
    Stake:20 bucks
Currently: Toronto sitting in 3rd 5 games out
Advantage: KoZ... who woulda thought this was even possible to be close

    cjkalt (1-0) vs NYGiantsfan5689 (0-1)
Who has more regular season wins? NYGF: Yankees +7 CJ: Red Sox Bet: TBD
Currently: Sox up 4 games on NYY
Advantage: cjkalt, Yanks are faltering as the Sox are rising, Im not saying the Yanks are dead but they got a sinking ship they need to fix ASAP

David Ortiz Homers: Over/Under 22.5 NYGF: Under CJ: Over
Currently: David Ortiz blasted his 6th homer of the year today
Advantage: NYGF, but thats obvious due to the slump, hes hitting the ball much better now and does have 5 homers in the month of June

    cjkalt (1-0) vs Missionhockey (0-0)

    Cincy Reds .500 or better? CJ-No, Mission-Yes Stake: $10
    Currently 34-34
Advantage: Mish by the slightest of margins...this is Too Close to call

    Love_that_Reefer (0-0) vs Porter99 (0-0)
Seattle Mariners .500 or better? LTR: No Porter99: Yes Stake: S3F Fund Bet ($10 if LTR loses, $20 if Porter99 loses)
    Currently 35-34
Advantage: Porter by the slightest of margins

    Love_that_Reefer (0-0) vs. NYGiantsfan5689 (0-0)
Nick Swisher: Strikeout Over/Under 23.9% LTR: Over NYGF: Under
    Currently: 22.4%
Advantage: NYGF, but swisher since May 15th is at over 30%

    Love_that_Reefer (0-0) vs. DirtyKash (0-0)
    Over/Under Rick Ankiel's HR's: 19.5
Reefer: Over DK: Under Stake: TBA
    Currently 5 bombs
Advantage: DK, but a long way to go and the Cards offense is getting hot

    Re: S3F Baseball Bets

It's not a baseball bet, but since it's between S3F members, I'm sharing it:

Buckcheeks says Stephen Curry will be out of the NBA in 4 seasons, I say he will still be part of a regular rotation for an NBA team.

    Re: S3F Baseball Bets

You need to stop robbing Buckcheeks lol. Curry shoots the ball and gets to the lane. He will be there for longer than 4 seasons. This isnt Adam Morrison.

Plus, Adam Morrison will be in his fifth year in the NBA. Gotta love those guaranteed contracts to top 10 picks.

    Re: S3F Baseball Bets

But the key word is regular in a rotation. Not a regular on the end of the bench. So he has to be a little more than Morrison or Redick.

He wants me to live down in Texas so we can make bets like this more often. I don't think he could afford me living down there.

So just enough to evoke predictions like Leon Powe domination?

I didn't say he'd beout of the league..I said he wouldn't be in a rotation. Similar to JJ Reddick, pre-2009 playoffs.
