I have posted this anwser many time. I do not work for the YANKEES. I work for Mr.S. who is the YANKEES. He and I signed a ten year deal, and have extended it for another ten years. It is for the use of the WIN METHOD, which I developed over 40+ years of refinement. When I go on the road, all my expenses are paid by Mr.S. My monetary compensation comes from how far the YANKEES advance through the season. If the team does not make the playoffs, I get nothing, I get a great deal if the team makes the playoffs, and a great deal more as the team advances through each round, with the jackpot coming if the WS is won. A player is selected as a WIN METHOD player ONLY for the purposes of the YANKEE organization. The same player may or may not be a WIN METHOD type player for other organizations. I am sure some may be and others may not. The WIN METHOD has been over whelmingly successful, and nothing else comes close to its achievements. The information I garner, is given to Mr.S. and Mr.S. alone, and he acts on it of his own accord. I tease him to this day on Arod, but Mr.S. is ensuring Arod is getting mental help to overcome his deficencies.
