While I'm tickled pink at the thought of you willing to take one for the team, the fact is it doesn't work that way. While the Afflecks of the world would love to throw a chair at you, the problem here is the with karma, the chair throwers are the ones who have benefited so far, whereas the chair receivees have slumped.

Circular logic aside, Mr Mims, you have yet to provide a single credible reason why you are, in fact, hot.

We're at the bottom of all hitting and scoring categories and we have 3 stolen bases AS A TEAM!! All the while Tejada is tearing the league a new ass and Hudson is going 8-9 innings of damn near shutout baseball.

Like I said, F-You Billy Beane.
Mulder did one better he got 10 shutout innings

At this point if the Yankees could play some AA teams and get credit for wins.

In all fairness, Mulder and Hudson are pitching in the NL where they have an almost guaranteed out with the pitchers, and Hudson plays in one of the friendliest pitchers parks.

In more appropriate words, Mulder and Hudson are now pitching in the inferior league.

Well considering the history of the NL vs. the AL in the best vs. the best competition, the WS for the past 100 years. Ther is little doubt the NL is equal to the AL.
