    Mariners protecting Felix

"I know Doc, and he really is a good person," Hargrove said. "Doc was a great talent, but it seemed like he just listened to the wrong people."

Making sure Hernandez doesn't listen to the wrong people is important to the Mariners organization, Major League Baseball and anyone else who wants this kid to grow up to be all that he can be -- as a professional baseball player and, more importantly, as a person.
good for them...they better protect their "investment"
