The M's begin a 4 game set with the red hot Angels of Anaheim. Could there be a chance we can at least split with the Angels? Darin Erstad has been on fire since a slow start to the season. Vlad is being just Vlad. and their pitching has been excellent this season. I hope we can at least split the 4 game set.

I can't honestly see Moyer/Guardado...being around to see the once again rise of the Mariners, at least at this rate since shoving all that money down the hot corner's throats hasn't exactly paid off and it's been a free fall ever since they won well over 100 games. If you found takers for either of those pitchers, or Winn/Ibanez, and it's a good deal, I'd think it's in their best interests to take it and run.

Guardado is in a lot of trade rumors as well. With Soriano rehabbing they might make a move now.
