I am 99% sure that tonights game will be washed out, it is windy and raining in Baltimore this morning, and the rain is expected to become steady this afternoon and not end until tomorrow night. I hate to sound like an unpaid weatherman, but it is expected to rain all week here, this series may only get 1 game in and then Seattle would have to make probably a cross country trip on an offday and play a doubleheader here sometime this summer. This is the Mariners only trip to Baltimore this season. I was looking forward to see how the fans react to Richie Sexson whom declined a more than generous offer to play first base for the O's this season.

That would have been interesting if it is washed out today. I forgot that the O's wanted him so badly. Then again Seattle supposedly went after Tejada and got out done by the O's. And you would be better then all the weathermen here. Keep us updated.

    R Ibanez walked.

Chen with the uncharacterstic walk. Hes got a 3 to 1 K/BB Ratio going in.

Hmmm. I guess Pineiro still sucks. We want Felix! But we would settle for Campillo.

Grover is probably trying to split up the back to back outs by Olivo and Valdez that we have come to expect.

Chen is having almost as much trouble hitting the strike zone as Joel is.
