Recap- Once again a Mariners starting pitcher got torched in the 1st inning. Vlad hit a 2-run in the 1st inning and the Angels never looked back. Wilson Valdez and Dan Wilson led most of the way getting 2 hits and an RBI from both. Once again the M's Bullpen kept them in the game going a combined 4 and 2/3 innings pitched, allowing 4 hits, 4 walks and 1 earned run, while striking out 2.

MVP- Vlad Guerrero: 2 for 3, 2 BB, HR (7), 2 RBIs, 2 R.

We suck, I doubt we win this game, if we score 3 runs I will be suprised. I expect Olivo, Valdez, and Beltre all to go hitless. My optimism about this team died last night.

I knew they were pathetic hitting vs the Angels but damn thats just flat out wrong. Oh yeah i think they meant the last 4 games. Cause in the 1st 2 games they are a pathetic 12 for 66 (.181).
