Game Thread- LA Angels (16-11) vs Seattle Mariners (12-15)

The offense did get 10 hits, but the starting pitching once again ****ed up in the 1st inning. I dont know what else to say. Beltre hasnt got a hit since the Nixon Administration. NO STICK got 2 hits. Ichiro was HITLESS. Its an all around frustrating day.

I just recapped the game on the opening thread. Its the SP's inability to hold runs from scoring in the 1st 2 or 3 innings and it make the struggling offense struggle some more trying to get back in the game. They did manage to get ten hits today which is encouraging. Also, How bout that M's Bullpen, they are just amazing for us right now.

Well he had a bad outing, his 1st in a while. I think the team is frustrated and its beginning to show. We go to Boston on Friday. Moyer vs Clement. should be an intresting matchup.

Boston is starting to play well so this will be a toughie.

Mariners had a tough weekend with the A's. You live with it. This week against the Angels, this was a toughie. The Mariners offense simply stunk. That offense need to get it going especially Sexson and Beltre.

Beltre is 0 for his last 16 i believe. Sexson at least gets on base, via the BB or HR.
