This makes you wish you still had AROD. The situation is worse than the bullpen of the mid 90's. Ok not that bad but really its pretty pathetic.

I like to see what Pokey Reese can do before making any decision on a what to do at SS but this is a gaping problem that seems to get bigger. Some people brought up Morse as the SS. Morse is more defensively challenged than most High Schoolers at that position.

Pokey replaces Valdez once he is healthy. Then Lopez replaces Pokey once he is completely healthy/ready.

Those are Morse's stats at Tacoma this year, intriguing, but he still needs a lot more time, especially defensively, plus we need to figure out if he is even a SS.
