I voted for AAA. Is there a real need for himin the OF with Ibanez, Guillen and Ichiro?

My grandma can produce better at DH then what Vidro is on pace for (6 HRs, like 24 doubles and about 60 RBIs.

I say another year in AAA, maybe two. Then bring him up when Ibanez is a little older. Put him at DH or something, and ship out Vidro or Sexson, whatever, I don't know.

Well, I was watching the Mariners today, so I kinda take back my recent comment.

I see it like this. Jones could fit on the team in a sense as a backup DH and pinch runner a lot. Just move Vidro to first and have Sexson be DH except, have Jones DH it up at times cause Sexson is batting .200 on the season...

However, I'm not a super intelligent person when it comes to baseball but they are the home team, so I see them the most and once again, I am too lazy to process my whole thought.

Jones would probably serve best as a guy that can play 3-4 times a week at LF, CF, RF to give the OFs a day off. He is the emergency MI if either of Betacourt and Lopez goes down. As for the DH, no one else in the lineup can take pitches AND get hits like Vidro does. Sexson and Broussard will most likely platoon at 1B.
