Circular logic aside, Mr Mims, you have yet to provide a single credible reason why you are, in fact, hot.
No man, I'm a M's fan too, just don't follow real close. The M's got Bret Boone, Spiezio, and a couple other guys I don't recall right now from us down here. Plus I loved watching Bobby Madritsch. I was bummed he got injured. He was an exciting pitcher. I was looking forward to watching him when the M's played the Angels.Originally Posted by Element

I am all about baseball now.....You are right I am an Angels fan. But more than anything, I am a baseball fan. Give me a good match-up and I'm happy.
GO PADRES AND ANGELS ALL THE WAY IN 2008

TBL: Anaheim Angels 2006-present (238-244 regular season, 1 division title)
MSL: St Louis Cardinals 2013-present (2734-2936 regular season, 5 division titles, 2 championships)
TSSL: Seattle Mariners 2006-2029, Pittsburgh Pirates 2030-present (209-277, 5 division titles w/SEA, 1 championship w/SEA)
Moyer always pitches well against the A's, but I'm afraid that Blanton is due for a win eventually. Hopefully that won't come today and hopefully Beltre can get on a little roll here after 2 hits last night. And I know the average isn't pretty so people will start complaining, but Richie Sexson has a .365 OBP, including a .600 one over the past 7 days. And we are just one game back now of the Angels, it would nice to go into our series with them tied for first.
It would be a great deal if we can tie the Angels before the 3 game set. Hopefully Franklin can bounce back in that series. Blanton is due for a victory but he can do it some other time.
M's 3, A's 2
