Dammit, just let him throw the god damn slider.

It just goes to show you how stupid management is. If Felix gets hurt, he gets hurt. You gotta let your pitcher throw what will make him successful. This is just beyond stupidity. God I am so disgruntled with this franchise.
Well it could be worse, we could be the Royals i guess.

Mariners pitcher Felix Hernandez picked up his first win of the season on Saturday against the Orioles, but it wasn't smooth sailing. Hernandez allowed four runs, but at the same time, he put 13 men on base and was in constant trouble. This has led to some speculation that the youngster could be tipping his pitches. "The answer is that we don't know," manager Mike Hargrove told the Seattle Post-Intelligencer on Sunday. "We were talking about that last night. It sure seems like they took a lot of close breaking pitches. And they were right on breaking pitches when it wasn't a breaking pitch situation. It got us wondering."
Hitters are just waiting on his fastball, he can't seem to locate it and he leaves it up in the strike zone which is leading to all these HR's. His curve is unhittable though and his change is getting there. Once they let him bust out the slider (I wouldn't bank on it until we are a contender) it'll all be over. Chavez and Joh need to help him fix that fastball problem.
LinkageSEATTLE (AP) - Seattle Mariners prospect Jeff Clement, the third overall pick in the 2005 June draft, has had surgeries to his left knee and left elbow, the team announced on Saturday.
Clement, 22, a catcher who has been at Double-A San Antonio this season, is expected to be sidelined for at least six weeks. He had a torn meniscus in his left knee repaired and also had a bone chip removed from his left elbow.
Blah.
If the Angels lose tonight, the M's will only be one game behind them. Man, I'd love it if the Angels finished last this year
Angels are losing...if the M's win tonight they'd be tied for 3rd (or last depending on how you look at it)
did all the M's fans go on vacation or something?
I'm still here
just taking a break the last couple days? you guys should be happy, the M's are no longer in the basement as of this second.
