    Angels 4/5/06: Angels vs Mariners

Anaheim Angels (1-1) vs. Seattle Mariners (1-1)

Safeco Field @ 3:35 PM PDT
    TV: Fox Sports NW

    Jeff Weaver vs. Jarrod Washburn

The M's offense came alive in a 10-8 win yesterday. Can Ken Johima hit another HR for the M's again? Jarrod Washburn has his 1st start vs his old team today?

Its something i picked up last season and went with it cause of the popularity. Ill will bring back Element's favorite series overviews later on in the month. I want to let the season go a couple of weeks before unveiling them.

yeah my class is from 5:15-7:25 (2:15/4:25) today. So Im not sure how much ill miss.

On a better note, i think Johima is good for a .280, 25 HR, 85 RBI type season which would put him in among the top tier of offensive catchers. Im still not sure how good he is defensively yet. But if its like his bat, ill take it.

I did indeed get out of class early and I come back to my apartment and we're already up 2-0!

Runners at 1st and 3rd still too. Two outs. Johjima is up.

Us Mariner fans always seem to vote the same way in these polls. I guess we are just that much smarter than all of you (even though DK is the only one who seems to vote LOL).

    Yay for sex, son.

Two-run double for him off Jeff Weaver. I'm big on him for this year.

Awesome that Washburn is already facing his old team.

Never cared much for Weaver... hope to see the M's rip him
"They asked me if I wanted the ball in Game 6, and I said yes. I'll always say yes. That's what I did with Jack McKeon. I told him, 'Let me see how I feel tomorrow.' I went out, did a long toss, came in and said, 'I'll pitch, I want it, I want to do it.' And it ended up working out." -Josh Beckett

Circular logic aside, Mr Mims, you have yet to provide a single credible reason why you are, in fact, hot.

I already told you on the other site, but the Joh sig is nuts element. One of your best, dunno why I like it so much.

Washburn retires them in order in the top of the 2nd.

I was actually thinking it was one of my off sigs. I don't like the 'Joh' text. Can't get the color right.
