Bonds homering off the Pads? That never happens. It was good to see Cain settle down after a rocky first and he struck out six in doing so. Benitez sucked a fat one by walking four and giving up a GS to Piazza who looked like shit in the WBC.

No according to most of you, Bonds would have only hit that 350ft in 1998!

I felt dirty when I drafted Bonds for my fantasy team

but he was still there in the 9th round, so I had to do it.

    You s!ut! :p

He'll probably carry your team though once he gets settled in.

Watch...if Bonds comes on strong this year the Giants will be in the thick of the NL West.

He's going to be lucky to play 81 games. I don't think he can go every day.

Well I think maybe more than 81 games. I'm looking for around 100-110. If that happens it will be a good thing for my Giants.

Hey, you might be right but I still think if we can get that many out of Bonds that the Giants will still win. The Dodgers are the only team that really scares me. Finley will pay off big time (as it should being that he is making $8 mil) and Eillison/Linden will make a fine fifth OFer will Sweeney helping out. Giants have the pitching and bench to get them through what Sabean knows to be an unpredictable season.

I think Barry is playing possum with that knee. Truth be told it might not be all that bad but he has to complain about it because the media won't let him alone. I dunno but I'm hoping for 100 games outta the big guy!

Barryoid finally hits a home run.... He better juice up before the season so he can get the homerun record in a dirty way. I hate guys that need to cheat to win. Barry won't play 56 games this season!

Great input mntwins fan and especially like how you put Bonds "finally hits a homer. Its not like he has only had four ABs or anything. Tell those Twins to keep those fans going so they can muscle out some homers
