The Giants have extended the contracts of manager Bruce Bochy and general manager Brian Sabean.
San Francisco failed to make the playoffs in 2011, but the club is apparently still riding high on 2010's World Series victory. Bochy and Sabean are now locked in through 2013, and the new contracts also carry options for 2014. Bochy is 409-401 since taking over the Giants' managerial gig in 2007. The team went 86-76 this year.
