    Giants Giants @ Wrigley

Giants got an early 1-0 lead in the first with a leadoff single for Torres, he then stole second and Huff singled up the middle. Bumgarner had a typical bad inning for him that started with a leadoff walk, a flare to RF, got a big strikeout and then Koyie Hill dropped down an unexpected bunt to tie it up. A walk, another flare and a basehit late the Cubs lead 3-1 in the 3rd.

3-2 now after a Huff RBI double. He is really starting to heat up!

Giants lose in embarrassing fashion. Bumgarner pitched well enough to get his first win but instead falls to 0-6. Looks like he is the new Matt Cain. Affeldt and Runzler continue to pitch like pigeon shit but on the bright side Torres looks like a beast out there. He's hitting triples, stealing bases and dragging bunt singles. Runzler needs to be sent down and fast!

So who had Darwin Barney in the break out player pool?
    Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
    Ted
: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
    Barney: Circle gets the square!

Giants won a sloppy one 3-0 after the call game was called after six innings. It was wet, cold, rainy and not fun to watch to watch at all. Posey delivered the only RBI hit as the rest of the runs the Giants got were unearned. Burrell finally got a start after sitting the last five and he did get a hit. Vogelsong pitched well considering the elements and pitched out of jam after jam. If Vogelsong continues to pitch this well, the Giants will have a real dilemma when Zito is ready to return.

Did not see the game I was at work, based just the box score I can't even imagine how bad the playing conditions were, 6 inning game, with 1 earned run.

Hopefully Timmy can get us the series today!!
