Alderson had a monster AA debut going 6.2 IP with 10 K's and just one walk! Fantastic to see!

Frandsen went 3-5 with a RBI to raise his average to .308. How long can we keep Velez with Frandsen doing so well?

Guzman went 5-6 with 3 RBI raising his average to .347 and 26 RBI on the year. How long before he is called up to platoon with Travis?

Brandon Crawford hasn't skipped a beat since being promoted to AA going 3-5 with a double and triple and is hitting .357. AA finally has some talent.

Bumgarner pitched well in his AA debut going six strong and giving up just one earned run and striking out two.

Villalona went 3-5 with 3 RBI to raise his average to .330 in San Jose. He should be the next to be promoted.

Guzman went 3-4 with 3 RBI and a walk last night and raises his average .359. He has been red hot this month but still needs to work on his OB skills.

Matt Downs went 2-4 with 2 RBI and is now hitting .308.

Kevin Pucetas went six strong giving up just three runs and struck out four. He now has an ERA of 4.50.

The Giants are going to so good if a couple of these young farm guys move up and pan out for them. They have a chance to be very dangerous in a year or two. Look at NL West.

Check out this blog I found on Bonds. Hilarious.

Matt Downs went 3-7 with three doubles and two RBI and is now hitting .311. Guzman is hitting .363 and Bowker .310.

Brandon Crawford went 4-4 for AA Connecticut and is hitting .351 and shown no sign of slowing down. He is handling the promotion well.

Buster Posey went 2-3 with two doubles and two RBI. Posey now has a .866 OPS.

John Bowker went 4-for-5 with a homer and two doubles Thursday for Triple-A Fresno.
Bowker's poor spring took a toll on his status within the organization, as evidenced by him being passed over for promotion a couple of times already. He's hitting .329/.441/.473 in 146 at-bats for Fresno, and, unlike Jesus Guzman, he knows his way around first base. Still, the Giants are in no hurry to give him another opportunity.
Too bad he's a lefty or he would be a good platoon partner with Ishikawa. Bowker seems to have learned how to hit and by that I mean not swinging at the first pitch every ****ing time.

Frandsen went 3-5 with a HR last night. It was his 4th HR. Too bad none of his line drives ever fell or he might just be in SF right now.

Guzman went 3-4 with a RBI in the same game. He now has a .383 BA.

John Bowker is hitting .338 and has 29 RBI. He could be some good trade bait.

Angel Villalona went 2-4 with 3 RBI for Single A as his average stands at .308. not bad for an 18 year old.

Since the Mets have just claimed Patrick Misch off waivers, figured I'd ask....what should I know about the kid? Is he any good?
