Don't worry, Aaron Heilman is in. In case you haven't seen his stats...Lets just say that you could hit a homerun off of him this year...

And Heilman promptly hits Holm. But he gets out of the inning unscathed.

Shockingly. His last outing involved him throwing 10 pitches, giving up 4 hits, 4 runs, and not getting an out. Game is finally over, I'm going to bed....working tomorrow morning. Uggh. Lets just end tonight and look a bit better tomorrow....

Winn set the tone for the game with his leadoff homer and the Giants win 10-2. Rowand is now hitting .342 and Molina .332!!!

Game over. Giants put a whooping on the jet-lagged Mets. Sanchez pitched very well and so did Sadler in relief. Rowand and Molina continued their hot streak, and Horwitz continues to impress. Let's see if you can keep it up tomorrow versus Pedro.

Castillo is getting the night off and I like this lineup versus Pedro.

    1. Lewis
    2. Durham
    3. Winn
    4. Molina
    5. Rowand
    6. Bowker
    7. Aurilia
    8. Vizquel

Bowker better start becoming patient at the plate if he is to sustained any level of success at the MLB level. This guy swings at the first pitch way too much and his average shows it.

Winn ties it up with a double! Lewis steals second and goes to third with the throw going into CF. Winn drives him in.

The wind is killer tonight at 34 mph according to weather.com. Molina just made a great play fighting the win.

Zito has thrown 54 pitches through 3 innings. We need some quick outs from him.

Both pitchers (surprisingly) looking pretty good. This should continue to be a close game.

Zito hasn't given up more than 3 runs in his last five starts. The one run that is scored was unearned.

True. I mean, Zito has been good lately, but until this start, I wasn't sure if it would last. Maybe he has finally figured out how to pitch again?
