    Don't see how he will be too cold. Its not like he just quit pitching altogether. I am disappointed that he did not make one relief appearance. Last night's game would have been opportune for him. Now he faces the Pirates who just put up 12 runs.

    Yeah I agree that making an appearance last night would have been good, but I guess Bochy was just pleased with the fact that Zito worked things out on the side. Obviously it was good enough for him, now that he's back in the rotation.

    Zito's shirt and sweet stint in the pen has helped but not as drastically as we want. The Giants have scored a total of 12 runs in Zito's eight starts. In five of those eight starts, he has not allowed more than three earned runs.
