Tomorrow should be a much better game. Cook has been the only real consistency for the Rockies' rotation so far this year. They also need to realize that they aren't going to win games by walking batters. They need to put bat-on-ball and start playing better all around. It's not good when you lead the Majors in wild pitches and balks, as well as batters walked. You just aren't going to win games playing like that.

Lincecum had a shaky first but manages to only give up one run. Bochy puts Velez in RF and Bowker at 1B Did we learn nothing from last night? Ortmeier had a two hit night but yet Bowker gets playing time.

Fred Lewis steals second, Velez reaches on an error sending Lewis to third, Lewis gets caught at home trying the double steal, Molina doubles in a run and Rowand singles in a run then of course Bowker strikes out swinging to end the inning. 2-1 after one.

That lead didn't last long. Ianetta, who just came in the game as a defensive replacement, hits a homerun. 2-2/

He wouldn't have been in the game if Tulo wouldn't have pulled that muscle....looks like the injury gnomes strike again.

Tulo was struggling so this might have been the best thing for the struggling Rockies offense. Ianetta made an instant impact.

They are going to have to make a roster move or two though, because Baker was hurt prior to the game, there's no way that a team can be competitive in the NL with only 2 available bench players.

That call is questionable, it sounded like the ump called time, then said "no, that's a balk"

Mother ****er!! Runners on first and third with one out and Velez gets picked off at first!! That cannot happen when you are down by a run!!! Then Durham strikes out to end the inning! What were you thinking Velez?
