    Phillies @ San Fran 5/3-5/6

Matt Cain (1-1, 1.54 ERA) will be going against the feared Adam Eaton (2-2, 7.71 ERA). Eaton is 2-5 with a 4.57 ERA in 13 career starts against the Giants and 1-2 with a 4.62 ERA in six outings at AT&T Park. Cain is 0-1 with a 6.30 ERA in two lifetime starts against the Phillies. Bonds has four homers in 23 ABs against Eaton.

Game 2 will feature a veteran in Matt Morris (3-1, 3.34 ERA) pitching against a real veteran in Jamie Moyer (3-1, 2.65 ERA). Moyer is has a 4-4 career record with a 2.60 ERA vs. the Giants. Morris is 3-3 with a 4.09 ERA against the Phillies. This should be a nice battle. Bonds only has 8 hits off of Moyer but 5 of those were for homeruns.

Game 3 has Noah Lowry (3-2, 3.69 ERA) battling Jon Lieber (1-0, 2.57 ERA). Bonds has seven hits and four of those are homeruns.

Game 4 features Russ Ortiz (2-2, 6.44 ERA) hoping to turn his season around against Cole Hammels (3-1, 3.54 ERA). It's going to be a tough one against Hammels especially with Ortiz pitching. Hardly any Giants have faced Hammels.

Cain had an absolute terrible start giving up seven runs in just 3 IP. The Giants almost made a comeback but feel 9-7. Winn had another good game and Alfonzo went 3-3. Let's hoep Morris can settle things down and get us a win.

Giants lose 8-5. Lincecum had an ok outing, not the worst, not the best either, 4 1/3 ip, 5h, 5 runs, 4 er, 5bb,5 SO, he threw a 100 pitches! Aurilla and Frandsen both had 2 hits each.

I blame Molina for the way Lincecum pitched. Way too many fastballs and every MLB guy can hit a fastball. He needed to mix it up a lot more. His fastball did have a lot of movement but when you throw it four times in a row to the same guy, they will hit it. Victorino owned our ass all weekend. Giants split.
