    Thank God for Snow

J.T. had a huge night going 4-5 with 2 RBI and was just a homer shy of the cycle. He also had the go ahead and eventual game winning hit. Benitez blew a save and had to be helped off the field when he injured himself covering first to end the game. Jason Ellison had a huge hit and an even more important steal in the 8th to put himself in scoring position where he did score. Schmidt was far from great but only gave up 3 earned but threw 131 in 6.2 innings. Durham was dropped to sixth in the lineup. The Giants are now 9-11.

Considering he was facing the Padres, he should be happy that he only gave up 3
