If Felipe Alou Does Not Return Next Season Who Would You Like As The Next Manager?

This is the last year of Felipe Alou's contract! With advancing age there is a chance he will not return. Who would you like to see as the next manager, and do you think the Giants would consider your choice?

Bring Baker back? Why? Do you really want him near Cain or Lowry?

What about Lou Piniella? I have a feeling he would be a Yankee first and he does have ties with the Reds new ownership. But it is a good manager you can dream of having.

Piniella is a fine manager for a finished product. He showed that he can't deal with losing on a regular basis, and this Giants team looks like it's on the brink of a major rebuild. Maybe some new blood?

Reefer...So far I am with you. I also like the idea of Dave Righetti. Both I feel would do a fine job!!

Righetti would be a good choicie. He'd be like another Bob Brenly.

Personally I don't care for Brenly...but I'd sure be willling to see Righetti get a shot. I think he'd do a good job and would relate well with the players.
