No argument here about Vizcaino and Niekro! My only problem is with Alou playing Jose! I like him as a backup to Omar and Ray but not at first!!! As for Snow and Sweeney sharing time, there is a problem with that. They are both left handed!

I disagree 100%. Snow cost $2 mil and Sweeney less than a mil. Sweeney is hitting .370 with RISP!! I cannot see us getting that from Snow. Sweeney has a nice glove as well. Sweeney is getting the job done whether you want to realize it or not. Snow, as much as I hate to say it, is simply not the answer and the Giants shouldn't get him. Reports from Boston say the Giants aren't interested in picking up the remainder of his salary. If we go get someone, let's get someone who can hit for average and has some pop. Snow can't do either. Hillenbrand has been rumored to be available and he is having a good year.

Sweeney....does not have a good glove......I don't know where you got that from Reef..................Hillenbrand......... ............that guy is a butcher at 1b..................that's why he's the DH.
