Kline did his job in his first game as a Giant and Worrell got the save. That is huge!

In my mind the biggest thing about this game was the pitching and the play of Omar! Morris is the real deal and with a ss like Omar he could be in for his best year to date!

Pitching is what's got us the two wins. The hitting will come around. I mean Bonds hasn't connected yet. But man the guy has like 5 walks already.

They way they pitch to him is a joke. Sure he has power but the guy has NO WHEELES! All the managers are seeing him as five years younger. Wake up! I do not think even if they pitch to him he will hit over 40 HR's. Now that total is good but in the normal range. I say let them walk him. It helps the Giants more than if you pitch to him.

Gotta agree. As a Gaints' fan it's kind of infuriating to see him walk 3 of 4 times at bat. I know you're right that in the long run walking him will backfire but putting Barry on base isn't the worst thing the other team can do especially with his last of mobility. Catch22.

It still pisses me off to see them walk Bonds without any thought about it at all. Maybe if I were the other manager I'd do the same thing but I dunno.

Crutches? That maybe the key why you did not have the chance? But there have been times that I might think maybe I might like to see you there even on crutches given the way the game ended! Painful!
